Antique Distressed Peach Floral Medallion Hand-Knotted Area Rug

5' 9" x 3' 2" (176 x 97 cm)

Antique Malayer Distressed Peach Floral Medallion Area Rug

This antique Malayer rug is centred on a beautifully articulated faded floral medallion. Its Faded Peach palette and hand-knotted construction give the piece an expressive, one-of-a-kind character. Its unusual drawing and palette make it a particularly distinctive example.

Measuring 5' 9" x 3' 2", its compact proportions work naturally in a living room, bedroom, study, foyer, or another intimate interior. The distressed pile preserves the clarity and tactile character of the drawing.

Hand-knotted using traditional techniques.

Professionally restored and triple deep washed by hand while preserving the rug's original character.
