Vintage Hamadan Lilian Peacock and Floral Runner Rug

This distinctive Hamadan Lilian runner features beautifully drawn peacocks surrounded by elaborate floral arrangements and decorative garden motifs. The birds give the composition a rare pictorial character, while the dense flowers bring movement and richness throughout the field. Its dominant colours are red, deep navy blue, and ivory.

Measuring 7' 5" x 2' 10", its proportions are well suited to a hallway, entry passage, or another long narrow space. The low-soft pile preserves the clarity of the peacock and floral details.

Hand-knotted using traditional techniques.

Professionally restored and triple deep washed by hand while preserving the rug's original character.
