Vintage Heriz Gharajeh Red Geometric Runner Rug

Boldly drawn and rich in village character, this vintage Heriz Gharajeh runner displays a rhythmic succession of angular medallions across a saturated red field. Strong ivory outlines sharpen the geometry, while deep green grounds within the medallions add depth and contrast. The three principal colours are red, deep green, and ivory.

Measuring 5' 6" x 2' 0", its compact narrow proportions make it well suited to an entryway, bedside, kitchen passage, or a smaller hallway. Its low-soft pile retains the clarity and tactile character of the hand-knotted design.

Hand-knotted using traditional techniques.

Professionally restored and triple deep washed by hand while preserving the rug's original character.
