A one-of-a-kind vintage Zanjan runner featuring a warm red field centred by a vertical sequence of deep navy-blue stepped medallions. Each medallion is detailed with diamond forms and small rosette-like devices connected along a strong central axis. Angular tribal ornaments animate the surrounding field, while the broad red and navy border repeats bold hooked geometric forms for a richly layered finish. Brown and muted accent tones add depth to its striking palette.
Hand-knotted using traditional techniques.
Professionally restored and triple deep washed, preserving its soft wool pile.
