A one-of-a-kind vintage Hamadan runner with an expressive pictorial garden design across a vivid red field. Three large dark tree forms rise along the central axis, surrounded by stylised animals, birds, flowering plants and muted blue cypress-like motifs. The deep brown-black border continues the storytelling with birds and small tribal devices, giving the composition an engaging folk-art character. Beige, coral and muted blue accents complete its richly layered palette.
Hand-knotted using traditional techniques.
Professionally restored and triple deep washed, preserving its soft wool pile.
