Hand-knotted wool area rug crafted from 100% handspun wool on a cotton foundation, created using traditional Nahavand Hamadan knotting techniques passed down through generations. Set against a deep navy blue background, the rug features interesting village motifs woven throughout the field, with a soft wool pile that adds warmth and texture. Each rug is woven entirely by hand, with individual knots tied one by one, resulting in a dense, durable textile with depth, texture, and lasting integrity.

The wool was originally dyed years ago using traditional vegetable dyeing methods, allowing the colors to age naturally and develop rich tonal variation over time. Subtle abrash and gentle variations are inherent to the handmade process and confirm the rug's authentic vintage character. Each piece is one of a kind and cannot be reproduced.

Every rug has been professionally triple deep washed and meticulously restored by hand using traditional methods, ensuring it is clean, structurally sound, and ready for use while preserving its natural beauty and authenticity.
