A one-of-a-kind vintage Zanjan runner with a warm red field organised around linked hexagonal medallion in deep navy blue and camel brown. Stepped diamonds and small angular devices articulate each medallion, while a fine repeating pattern fills the surrounding field. A bold orange-red border of hooked geometric motifs frames the composition and strengthens its architectural character. Orange, navy blue and camel-brown tones create a warm, richly balanced palette.
Hand-knotted using traditional techniques.
Professionally restored and triple deep washed, preserving its soft wool pile.
