Antique Hand-Knotted Wool Rug

Woven in Lori, this antique hand-knotted wool rug brings together Rust orange and black in a geometric medallion design. Its hand-drawn details and natural tonal variation give it the distinct character of a one-of-a-kind piece. It is a rare, collectible example.

Measuring 8' 6" x 4' 2" (259 x 128 cm), this rug has a low wool pile with the softened surface and character expected of a piece of its age. Its proportions work naturally in a living room, bedroom or study.

Hand-knotted using traditional techniques. Professionally restored and triple deep washed by hand while preserving its original character.
